If you are lean and thin feel humiliation in front of friends and family members. People underestimate you due to your weak physical personality. Then it is the time for you to change your diet plan. A Diets that work, you must consult to a dietician. Remember that to look flabby is humiliating but to look lean and thin is more pathetic because if you are underweight then you can get affected by many diseases.

We all desire for a slim and trim body with zero figure. The craving to get perfect zero figure forces people do dieting. Due to over dieting, sometimes people loss excess weight than required. As a result they suffer from under weight.
An underweight person is likely to get affected by the following diseases.
• Weak immunity system.
• Osteoporosis, means the weakling of bones.
• Showing irritation in the behaviour.
• Lack of concentration.
• Forgetfulness.
• Low blood pressure.
• Wrinkles on face.
• Crackling of skins.
• Fatigue.
• Degraded body growth.

• In the breakfast have omelette made up of two eggs, two pieces of brown bread with butter, one glass full cream milk.
• Do exercise every morning for at least two hours.

In the fourth course have sweet made up of sugar free. At last in the fifth course use milk or fruit beer.

Gaining weight does not that you need to look overweight it just means that you need to look a bit healthier.
